Steps to reproduce
In the latest Windows insider build 16188
If you open a PDF file in Edge and close it by closing the tab, the PDF file will still be locked for a while. That means you cannot delete the file or move the file to other directory.
It will say "the action can’t be completed because the file is open in Browser_Broker".
And after about 2 minutes, it will return to normal and we can move file freely.

please help , my computer has a pdf in Microsoft edge that will not close
if i try to delete the pdf in documents it says it cannot because it is open in browser_broker. i saw above that it should return to normal in a few minutes but mine has been this way for several days , i turned the computer on and off but it did not change anything
