Steps to reproduce

When using a background image with transparency (gif/png) glitches, in the form of repeated pixels, being to occur on the repeats. It does not occur with every image used. Changing a specific image format, for example from png to gif does not remedy the issue. Changing the hue of the image also does not remedy the issue.
