Steps to reproduce

on the Canadian Microsoft Store website https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/store/b/home , when you scroll down, a grey rectangle appears in the bottom-right corner that says “Questions? Talk to an expert” . During scrolling, this fixed rectangle bounces and moves around like crazy, it’s obviously not supposed to do this. This issue is not present in Chrome or Firefox.

Microsoft’s Matt R. requested we file each issue separately so that’s what this is (see here https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/issues/5752059/ )

    • I can no longer reproduce this issue but I suspect that’s because somebody asked the Canadian Microsoft Store website to make a change on their end, I doubt the issue has been fixed in Edge, so unless the actual Edge issue has been resolved, this should remain open. I’m sure the Canadian Microsoft Store wasn’t the only website that had implemented fixed elements in that way

    • Thank you for filing this instance separately, but since the issue does not repro currently we’re unable to investigate what pattern may have caused the issue previously for this particular site.  We are working to resolve these issues and appreciate your time and effort to file these bugs.
