Steps to reproduce
Some contents are rendered in very low resolution, upscaled (and smoothed), causing big parts of the page to be unreadable and blurry.
(the end user agreement overlay is affected by this issue when clicking on the Download button, while the rest of the page still displays properly).
This problem affects only Edge on Win10 1703 Desktop.
It doesn’t seem to affect Windows 10 Mobile 1703.

I was able to repro this issue on 15063.296. You were not kidding about the low resolution. :)
The good news is that this bug is fixed in our latest developer builds. You should see this fix soonest in the insider builds.

Good to hear it was already fixed :)
I hope the fix comes to a production build soon!
Also, there is another possibly related (but less severe) issue of pixelated text/divs happening on a lot of sites, especially on items that are being alpha-animated (contrary to the previous issue, the content is not blurry because there is no smoothing being applied, it’s just pixelated).
Any plan to fix that?
Sorry, no link to a repro page, but I’m sure you have already seen it happen. I remember it was happening on the channel 9 live player (Azure media player?) during the Build2017, the status bar was very pixelated. Doesn’t happen on the regular channel 9 player (not live).
I am not aware of any such issues right now. Is there a chance the live player could have been impacted by network limitations?
If you could send a repro or a live link that would be very helpful.
