Steps to reproduce

Connect external monitor using HDMI to laptop with Windows 10. External monitor is marked as primary.
Open some web in Edge and move Edge to secondary display (laptop’s display).
Disconnect HDMI cable, close the notebook’s lid (no action defined after lid is closed), open lid again and Edge hangs.
Note: When you reconnect HDMI to notebook, Edge is not freezed and working again.
