ClickAndHold(Element) or MoveToElement(Element) doesn't work in a frame when using Actions API

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a simple html with a frame
  2. create and run a simple test
    Actions(EdgeWebDriver).ClickAndHold(onElement).MoveToElement(toElement).Release().Perform();

By the way, the click can’t works too.
new Actions(driver).Click(driver.FindElement(By.TagName(“button”))).Perform();

Note, 1.Them work on Chrome 2. Them work with out frame.

Environments:
Windows 10 version 1607 (build 14393)
Microsoft Edge 14393
MicrosoftWebDrvier 14393

    • Hi Nick,

      I know it should be a simple repro, however, one can never know what minor space, frame name, etc. will cause a different.  Given that, would you mind providing a repro?  I believe this is a drag and drop test case but is this across frames?
