Steps to reproduce

See tests in https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/6165

Two-fifths of the tests are failing because SVGElement does not have the appropriate onwhatever properties… except for a few, like the mouse event ones? Seems like a bad spec/implementation mismatch.

      http://w3c-test.org/submissions/6165/html/dom/interfaces.html is showing 404.

    • Unfortunately it looks like the w3c-test.org server is down right now. I have asked the sysadmins to fix that. But hopefully it should be fixed within the day or so.

      In the meantime, the PR was merged, so when the server gets better you should be able to run http://w3c-test.org/html/webappapis/scripting/events/event-handler-all-global-events.html
