Steps to reproduce

I have been unable to scroll using the mouse wheel or clicking the bar on the window at Newegg.com. I am able to do so in the most recent version of Internet Explorer, just not Microsoft Edge.

    Thank you for providing this information about the issue. After thorough testing, we are unable to reproduce this problem in Edge with the information at hand. Please update this case when you can provide more details, such as run dxdiag (Windows key + r and type dxdiag, enter, then click Save all Information) and attach the txt file.

  • This seems to be relatively random. I can replicate it by going to a product specific page. In this case, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAAWD4R03988&ignorebbr=1. When going to other pages, sometimes it will scroll fine until I select a product. After selecting a product, even going back to the product selection screen will no longer scroll. I do not have these issues with other browsers. I am using a Razer DeathAdder 3500.

  • experiencing this same issue with edge with newegg as well

  • Not able to scroll using Edge on Newegg website. This seems to be a recurring theme. Will permanently switch to Chrome until this issue is fixed.

  • I am also unable to scroll @ newegg.com using IE 11 or Edge. I have no problems at any other site with any browser. This has been an issue for almost a year now.

  • Had same issue up until today-10/19/2018. One comment suggested clearing browser cache and history, running disk cleanup, and finally running CCleaner. I did all this and it didn’t help. I then went into "Settings", “View Advanced Settings” and noticed that I had selected "Block all cookies". Once I changed the setting to "Don’t block cookies", Newegg started working just fine. Hope this helps someone.

  • Newegg scrolled for a few seconds then quit. Went to the site several times, same result, no scroll. Guess I’ll shop for video cards on Amazon…
