Steps to reproduce

Certain websites do not load after updating to windows 10. Amazon, Bing, viceland, just to name a few. When you trouble shoot it says there was a problem that cannot be identified.

Please update this case when you can provide more details, such as screenshots of the browser at the time when the websites don’t load, and what troubleshooting you did to reach the error message.
