Steps to reproduce

NOTE: I’m on the Fast Ring and have reported it on the Insider Feedback page too, but I thought maybe someone here might have some ideas. This started a few days ago on Build 170616-2021

The screenshot tells it all. I noticed this issue “shortly after” the last Insider Preview Build though not immediately. For instance when I got to my desktop after the update, it automatically opened up Edge and it looked fine. More like a day or so after. Everything that should be white or “background” renders black, though I get a lot of noise and shifting when it’s open. Looks like an old 8-bit arcade game screensaver. First time I’ve run across this one and I’ve been getting Insider Previews throughout the last year.

No extensions have been added, I cleared the cache/history and my graphics card driver is current (this is a professional workstation using a high-end GPU and a Xeon processor).

Internet Explorer works just fine as does the Chrome browser.
