Steps to reproduce

On Edge/14.14393, accessing document.activeElement inside an iframe causes an “Unspecified error”

Create an iframe in an index.html file:

<iframe src="./iframe.html"></iframe>

In iframe.html include:

  <script>
    console.log('activeElement: ', document.activeElement );
  </script>

This results in the following error:

SCRIPT16389: Unspecified error.
