Steps to reproduce
When viewing a pdf in Microsoft edge to go to the next page, when you press page down, depending on the zoom, it doesn’t go to the next page.
Microsoft edge should have the option like adobe pdf that pressing the left and right keyboard arrow keys go to the previous and next pages.

This issue keeps changing to fixed, however I have the latest fall creators update, and still can’t use the arrow keys to go to next and previous pages.

Hello,
I can confirm this is fixed in 16299, but you must disable continuous scrolling first. I have attached a video showing how this is done.

This should work even with continuous scrolling (it works like that in Chrome).

it s definitly not fixed! Surface pro 3 in touch mode: it is not possible to scroll to the next page. on each retouch the pdf document jumpes back to the title page.
