Steps to reproduce

I’m trying to find out how I can reopen previous session. I go to tools at the menu bar & the “reopen last browsing session” is greyed out & does nothing when I click on with my mouse. What can I try to quickly reopen my last session?

      Thank you for providing this information about the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce this problem in Edge with the information at hand. Please update this case when you can provide more details, such as screenshots or preferably run dxdiag (Windows key + r and type dxdiag, enter, then click Save all Information) and attach the txt file.

    • Hello- this is concerning I.E. 11 and I have Win 7 Home Premium on my computer.

      Thank you for providing your feedback on IE11. We are not accepting feedback on Internet Explorer through this portal any longer (unless security related). We welcome any feedback you have on Microsoft Edge through this website.

      From my experience with IE11, the tool is available when the browser crashes or your computer is shutdown without closing IE11 first. If you close tabs, or reopen the previous session and then close it, then the option is gone.
