Steps to reproduce

Using a Surface Pro 4 on the Creators Update, go to google.com and do an image search, now tap or click on an image (try to find a smaller image so you can reproduce this bug better). When you tap or click on a google image search thumbnail, it expands and there is lots of dark grey space around it, taking up most of the screen. The problem is, this dark grey padding isn’t responsive to touchscreen scrolling in Edge! Chrome and Firefox do not have this problem. I’ve attached a screenshot (I put yellow lines in the area that are not responsive to touchscreen scrolling)
