Steps to reproduce

Pseudo selector "::after" doesn’t render cursor property or -webkit-appearance property.
Testcase included.
i.e.,

span::after {
  content:"test"; 
  cursor:wait;
  -webkit-appearance:button;
}

    Does not work on:

    • IE11
    • Edge
