Access request to Windows store pending for almost 2 months

Steps to reproduce

We have submitted an access request for the Windows store almost 2 months ago, but have never received a confirmation email. When trying to upload an extension, we keep receiving an error message "Package acceptance validation error: is a reserved extension type. Your app does not have permission to use this extension type". When trying to resubmit the request (store id: 9NTVQD0W8Z44), we are getting: “It looks like we’ve already received a submission for this Store ID. Please verify that the ID you entered is correct. If so, please bear with us while we work through all the requests we’ve received.”

How long do we have to bear?
