Steps to reproduce

The ::after pseudo-element inherits the parent elements text-decoration and color. Setting a new color and text-decoration on the pseudo-element results in the parent element’s text-decoration and the pseudo-elements text-decoration (double decoration) being used on the pseudo-element. The parent element’s color is used on the text-decoration inherited from the parent element. Chrome and Opera behave correctly.
