Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

  1. Create string with length 114688
  2. Create Blob from this string and transform it to ObjectURL
  3. Insert it in DOM as <script src="<ObjectUrl>"/>
  4. Bug: no events about script loading (onload, onerror, onreadystatechange). If I change string to any other length it works well.

Example, just execute it in console: https://gist.github.com/doochik/575b94b20765b028dc70

Expected Results:

IE must trigger events about script loading (onload, onerror, onreadystatechange)

Actual Results:

Dev Channel specific:

Yes
