Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

Enter

document.location.href="a&b";

into the IE console.

Expected Results:

The property document.location.href should be interpreted as a pure string, not as HTML. A GET parameter named &copy should be copied to the browser URL unchanged.
