Steps to reproduce

Hi.

<progress value="50" max="200"></progress>

When changing the value we have an easing effect on the progress bar.
If we change the value from 0 through MAX very quickly it gets very awkward, and sometimes we don’t even see the progress bar change.

How can I disable this effect to behave like FF or chrome, when we change the value, the progress bar changes instantaneously?

Thanks.
