Steps to reproduce

I have stored one user id/passwords in a website. by default when I go to that page it shows one of the user id and if i go to the password field it fills the password for that user id. However if I change the the user id to a new id and enter the password, when I click submit, the user id field changes back to first user id and subsequently I get error message from the website saying the password for user id1 is invalid whereas Im trying to login as user id 2.

    • Hi,

Can you tell me which website this is happening with?  Have you had this issue on more than one website?

    • chase.com

So far I don’t have this scenario of having to login with 2 different ids in any other websites. So I don’t know.

    • I want to verify that you have the “Offer to save passwords” option enable in Edge.

Also, I want to double check the repro steps.  You are returning to the main login screen at Chase.com and not the using the screen that appears after you logout?

What version of Windows 10 are you using?  Win + S and type ‘winver’ and hit the enter key.

Are you seeing this issue in the latest Windows 10 release?
