Steps to reproduce

How to override Microsoft compatible view list in HTML or javascript. Though we have meta tags(<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />) html pages works as like IE 10 as the domain is there in Microsoft compatible view list with IE10.
Also we have Flash player which confused somehow with meta tag and Microsoft compatible view list, So its not working. How can make Flash player to work or is there any way set compatible view for flash player
