Steps to reproduce

This issue marked as “Fixed Issue #11690466” is not fixed. The exact same issue outlined in that bug report persist in Edge, even after the latest Windows updates.

STEPS TO REPRODUCT:

Visit https://ttlgcreations.ca/ using Edge on a Windows Creative Update box.

Notice how scrolling any page having a wide top banner graphic causes that graphic to flicker as it is faded away. Do the same with any pre-Creative Update Edge version … it works fine, as it does in other browsers.

The same site using a Windows version pre-Creative update, or viewed on the Creative update box but using IE11, shows the transition as expected.

HP Blackbird 002
8gig ram
Windows 10 Creative, fully patched
IE11, fully patched
Edge, fully patched
Nvidia 8800GTX
Apple 30" Cinema display
Samsung 850 Pro drives

I can’t see a hardware reason for the issue, and it started immediately after the update to Creative as originally noted. Something is still amuck, guys and gals.
