Steps to reproduce

After the latest update all of enumerated programs and more doesent work anyway. This is a really fiasco. Almost (in procentage of 85%) from my PC is literally dead. I cant connect with my Microsoft account and I cant use all the apps from PC hwo working with this account. Is not normal. plase help me! soon as possible! In my prinscreen appear on the top of image something wrong!

    I believe this is a duplicate bug
    report.  Can you review the following bug report and let me know if it is
    your issue and if the fix works for you?

    Run this command in an administrator
    powershell to see if the issue I referred to above is the same issue:

     

    Get-Acl
    HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters | Format-List

     

    You
    are having the issue if you DO NOT have the following entries in the output of
    the Get-Acl command.

     
           APPLICATION PACKAGE AUTHORITY\ALL APPLICATION
    PACKAGES Allow  ReadKey

     
           APPLICATION PACKAGE AUTHORITY\Your Internet
    connection Allow  ReadKey

     
           APPLICATION PACKAGE AUTHORITY\Your Internet
    connection, including incoming connections from the Internet
