Steps to reproduce

This problem was faced using the Belgian keyboard. When inputting text inside any web page (i.e. not the address bar), press simultaneously the AltGr key and the accent key (either ´, ` or ~), then press the letter on which to apply the accent.

Normally, pressing AltGr + ´ followed by the letter e writes é; pressing AltGr + ~ followed by the letter n writes ñ.

In Microsoft Edge, pressing AltGr + ´ writes instantaneously ´´, then pressing e writes é. Instead of obtaining é you obtain ´´é. Similarly, pressing AltGr + ~ writes instantaneously ~~, then pressing n writes ñ. Instead of obtaining ñ you obtain ~~ñ.
