Expanding a <select> element causes the Narrator to read the URL of the page first

Steps to reproduce

  • Open a webpage that uses a <select> element.
  • Start Windows Narrator
  • Expand the select element to show the list of options inside of it
  • The narrator first reads the URL of the page before it starts reading the options inside the select element

This is because the options are rendered as a child of a node whose text is URL of the page.
