Steps to reproduce
- Open a webpage that uses a <select> element.
- Start Windows Narrator
- Expand the select element to show the list of options inside of it
- The narrator first reads the URL of the page before it starts reading the options inside the select element
This is because the options are rendered as a child of a node whose text is URL of the page.
