Steps to reproduce

Description

The web audio api seems to corrupt the audio playback of a mp3 with 48kHz samplerate and 128kB/s bitate.

  • Without using the web audio api, the problem doesn’t occur.
  • The problem does not occur on using another samplerate e.g. 44.1kHz.

STR

  1. create an audio tag
  2. set src of audio tag to a mp3 with 48kHz samplerate and 128kB/s bitate
  3. connect web audio api to the audio tag
  4. play the audio -> playback seems to be corrupted
