Steps to reproduce

Hello everyone. I am using the latest version of Windows 10. I recently discovered the HDR and advanced Color setting. Because my TV is HDR, I thought this would be awesome and it really was, however, there are some serious issues. The HDR setting puts a transparent white filter over some video games (ie Fallout 4 haven’t tried others) and causes this almost transparent white filter to flicker on and off over the top of Netflix videos while watching in fullscreen. I went through every troubleshooting step with an online rep all the way up to uninstalling edge and reinstalling. Nothing works except turning off the HDR and Advanced Color setting. It sucks because I love the way it makes my background look and it makes the rest of the browsing colors and etc look great. Please fix this, I would like to use the setting turned on permanently rather than having to turn it on and off all the time depending on the use. Thanks.
