    • Why is this a Site Outreach? It works fine in Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

I’m updating this test because we do support outline-color animation properly, but the test assumes animations are being executed on the main thread, but in Edge and Firefox Quantum this is not the case or it is not going to be the case anymore, which means you have to wait a frame to be rendered to be sure the animation state has been synchronized on the main thread where your javascript runs. The test only works 95% of the times in Firefox nightly according to the webplatform test runner itself, which is enough to consider the test flaky.

As mentioned, I’m currently updating the test to account for this. When the test will be updated, it will pass in all browsers.
