Steps to reproduce:
open the attached PDF file with Edge
All pages are blank
Expected result:
The pdf file can be displayed correctly (similar to Acrobat, Firefox, Chrome)

    I was able to open this PDF in Edge on 15063.674.  Can you tell me the version of Windows 10 you are using?  I.e. the extended release version as seen in winver.exe.  Win + S and enter ‘winver’ and hit enter.

    Winver result:
    Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.674).
    I can open the file with Edge, but all the pages are white, instead of displaying content.

  • And by the way, your PDF’s are very interesting.  First fusion in a can, and now resonant planetary ring "creations"?!

    I think I will load the Firefox only one now.  :-D

  • Can you verify what is the default setting for opening PDF files on your system?  Also, can you verify the version of Adobe Reader you have installed?

    Start menu, Settings, Apps > Default apps

    I am still not able to repro this issue.  I can open the file and see the contents in Edge and separately in Adobe Reader.

    Thank you for providing this information about the issue. After thorough testing, we are unable to reproduce this problem in Edge. Please test this behavior in our latest creator build 16299.

  • I have to report the same issue:

    Everything worked great, then all of a sudden, when I open [U]some[/U] (not all) PDFs they have blank contents in Edge.
    No viewer like Acrobat or PDFXChange installed.
    No viruses and SFC /scannow reports everything is all right.

    I don’t think it’s browser related but a more generic PDF format filter (?) corruption in my registry or DLL registration. On other PCs with Windows 10 x64 I can see the contents with Edge.

    Someone can help providing a registry fix/restore for PDFs? :rolleyes:
