Steps to reproduce

Create a html page that loads an MP3 file using HTML5 audio. Place a htaccess referer restriction on the parent directory. Load the page from a valid referer address. The html page loads fine, but the audio does not load because Edge does not send referer headers on HTML5 media. Only Edge has the problem. The problem does not occur in Chrome, Firefox, IE, or Safari.
