I have seen this issue before and I believe the issue was with the graphics driver. I know, other browsers are working. Let me double check on what the other issue was, if it was root caused.
In the mean time, can you check if you are running the latest graphics drivers for your card and provide a dxdiag.exe report?

Also, as an fyi, I have only had one or two other users report this same or similar issue, I.e. it is not a known or open issue with Edge.
