Steps to reproduce

I’ve read that only Edge can play 1080p content on Netflix, but whenever i try to access netflix.com edge or instacrashes, or freezes. I tryed using the Netflix app, but it got stuck at Netflix logo.

@OP: In my case it was a problem with the Intel 630 display drivers - 15.47. Reverting back to 15.46 helped.

Reverting the intel hd graphics driver did help, but it shouldn’t…

    • I have this exact same issue as of today! App freezes at splash screen, both IE 11 and Edge crash. Everything was fine yesterday! The only change is a flash update, but uninstallling this didn’t help. Netflix support are, of course, useless.

    • @OP: In my case it was a problem with the Intel 630 display drivers - 15.47. Reverting back to 15.46 helped.
