Steps to reproduce

  1. Open this link
  2. Login
  3. Open developer tools (Console)
  4. Refresh this tab
  5. (Console) MEDIA12598: Independent composition is disabled for video rendering. This can negatively impact performance

<video> element has been kick out of independent rendering. kidding me!?
This issue cause video decode slowly and sometimes video turns black or video frame crashed, and css animation flashing.
Other element should be kick out of independent rendering except video element.
And the warn message is unuseful which has not include reasons and some reference.
I only found this article(, but I have no benefit.
