    • Hi Patrick,

Can you give me a little more information about you computer network?

      1. When this issue happens are you logged in to a work VPN?
      1. Can you visit any of these sites in IE or another web browser?
      1. What do you have your DNS set to?
      1. Can you run a trace route command and nslookup to debug the domain name resolution service for your system?
      • To run the test open a command prompt.  Win + S and then type ‘cmd’ and press enter.
      • type the following but fill in the website domain you want to visit, I.e. replace the below.

      • type the following command, again replacing the site you want to check.

Can you send the results as an attachment?  You put 'private-' in front of the file name so only Microsoft can see the attachments.  i.e. so they won’t be public.

    • Hi,

I am closing this as I am guessing it has been sorted out and was specific to your situation.

Let us know if that assumption is wrong.  Appreciate the support,
