Steps to reproduce

CSS-Filter dont work on Link-Elements in Edge.
This is very simple to reproduce. Push F12 und give any <a href…> a css-filter.
That ist very bad because we use filter to visually disabled function-links in our forms.

UPDATED REPRO STEPS by MS Edge Team

  1. Go to any Bing search results such as https://www.bing.com/search?q=suit+challenges+trump%27s+pick&qs=PN&sk=HS1PN2&sc=8-0&cvid=31AF72762D864C28A9F243284FCB1F7F&FORM=QBLH&sp=4
  2. Inspect any hyperlink on the page
  3. Under Elements - Styles - Inline Style, type "filter:blur(20px)" and hit Enter
  4. The link in the webview should blur away, but does not.
