Steps to reproduce

Trying to print a boarding pass from www.alaskaair.com doesn’t work. On two PCs it generates a zero length file when printing to PDF and does nothing for other printers, both physical and software such as OneNote and XPS. I had a third PC with this issue that got further after restarting but the printed document had the top cut off. I didn’t notice that the print preview is cut off which I can repro on all the PCs. It works in Chrome.

It’s broken in IE 11. One difference is that when printing to PDF from IE 11, there isn’t even a prompt for the output filename. The IE 11 print preview UI doesn’t have the content cut off.

In case you think other software is involved, one of these PCs, this one, is a new Surface Pro 4 with a clean install of Win 10 1709, Office 2016, and Fiddler. Nothing else has been installed yet. Fiddler is not running.
