pointers/cursors need to be redesigned so they look right at systems scalings such as 175%, 125%, 225% etc.

Steps to reproduce

I’m not sure if this is just an Edge issue or an issue across Windows 10 in general, but if a user has Windows 10 set to 175% system scaling for example, some pointers weren’t designed with this in mind and look terrible. As an example, go to outlook.com and hover the pointer/cursor over the vertical lines that allow you to adjust the width of the panes (I took a picture with my phone so you can see it). ALL pointers need to be updated so they look fine if a user has system scaling set to 125%, 175% etc.
