Steps to reproduce

Create a keyframe animation that animates opacity from 1 to 0 with a few keyframe percentages. Apply the animation with a 1 second duration and infinite repetition. Open the page in Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and IE 11. All the browsers except Edge take about a second to fade out the opacity, but Edge fades it out over a noticeably shorter duration than it should (compare the attached page in Edge vs. other browsers).

This causes problems for libraries/sites that rely on accurate animation durations.
