Steps to reproduce

Go to: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/ and select any VirtualBox VM for download, such as IE11. You are directed to a page with broken links:

https://az412801.vo.msecnd.net/vhd/VMBuild_20141027/VirtualBox/IE11/Windows/IE11.Win8.1.For.Windows.VirtualBox.zip

      Still happening on all images for VirtualBox for IE8-11 (Windows 7/8.1).
