Steps to reproduce

I have an infragistic grid and I have to click on that grid to edit that text box and then tab out subsequently. So that it auto populates the values for the remaining field based on the entered value in the text box. Since the focus is not currently retained in the text box when clicked, tabbing out does not happen, even after performing keys.tab.

    • Please find the link attached https://cedqa-cedqa.cs11.force.com/loginCED?site=000000002
If you go to this link, you will see the login page and try to click on any of the text box. You will see that the mouse cursor will not focus the text box, even after the click event is performed.

    • Hi Ramalakshmi,

I am do not understand the context of this issue.  Is this a webDriver testing issue or a general issue?  Also, the title of this bug report states that the text having focus is preventing keystrokes, however, your recent comment states that the text box will not get focus after being clicked.

Also, I noticed that a tab is not required for the “Search by Keyword, Catalog # or UPC” to populate.  A short delay is required though.  That is the only text box that should auto-populate right?

If this is a webDriver issue, please send a basic repro or your test case for this issue.

      Thank you,

      Steve
