Steps to reproduce

The PDF files at http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/Essential_Consultants_01_12_17.pdf and http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/Resolution_Consultants_LLC_01_12_18.pdf both display as blank in Edge. For comparison, Word 2016 displays both as blank after converting from PDF on open. However, OneDrive.live.com displays both just fine.
