Steps to reproduce

Please develop a way to change the menu bar size in IE. It is currently very small font and there needs to be an ability to enlarge the size to view it better. This is a major problem for visually impaired people. Please don’t tell me that this can be changed at the desktop display settings because in doing that, it messes everything up. There needs to be a separate way to be able to enlarge the menu bar font size separate from the basic computer display settings.
