Steps to reproduce

Works on almost all websites.

  • Go to
  • zoom using touchscreen
  • click on the “add notes” with stylus button
    Almost half of the page (somtimes more) is white.

  • In fact you have to touch-zoom to maximum for the issue to appear.

  • Also, if you zoom a little before clicking the "add notes", then the zoomed area is not the same anymore, it looks like it is changed to the top left area with the same zoom level?

    I just installed the latest windows april update and still the same issue.

  • Windows october 2018 update and still the bug is present but this time it seem that the area that was zoomed is lost ? it goes to the top left instead of staying where the zoom was.
