Steps to reproduce

See
https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/pull/2269
https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/9376

Run test
http://w3c-test.org/css/cssom/css-style-attr-decl-block.html

For me in Edge the first 2 tests pass, the last 4 fail.

  • Removing the last property in CSSStyleDeclaration should set the style content attribute to the empty string, not remove the style content attribute.
  • Setting cssText should queue mutation record
  • Removing non-existing longhand property should not queue mutation record
  • After a base URL change, setting background-color should not cause background-image to change its URL.
