  • Hello James,

Thank you for revert. I have attached extension as requested.

    Steps to reproduce.

    1. Install extension in edge.
    2. Open any URL (e.g. )
    3. Reload extension from extension side-pan. You will see alert there.

Now, for #2 step open URL which render PDF and try reloading extension. (for e.g. ). You will see nothing.

This issue occures with Edge v41. Hoever v38 working fine.

Please let me know if anything more I can give you.

  • Hello James,

To get more idea, I have also attached screenshots of how extension behaves in Edge V38 and V41.

    Snapshot caption:
38_any_webpage.png >> Working fine for all URLs
38_pdf_page.png >> For PDF pages, it works fine.
41_any_webpage.png >> Working fine for all URLs
41_pdf_page.png >> For PDF pages, it doesn’t show any error either

I am using, browser.tabs.executeScript() API which is adding content script dynamically from background js.
