Steps to reproduce

This website crashes Immediately after it loads on the Edge Browser. The screen turns black. Here is the link to the screenshot

I Initially thought it might be an Issue with a WordPress Plugin that renders the Image Carousel. But they have done many tests on their systems and couldn’t reproduce the Error. And they said that it might have to do with my laptop.

Here are some specs of my system.

Edge Version: 41.16299.248.0
HP Graphics Card: Version 22
Display Adapters: Updated to the latest version

Please find attached 2 files-

  1. A HTML file that shows the configuration of my system.
  2. A small screen recording that highlights the Issue that I am facing.

  • Hi Ricky,

I see errors on that page using Edge or Chrome.  I believe the web server may not be setup properly but I will investigate this further.  E.g. fonts are not getting parsed properly and HTML head tag issues.

Will you provide the extended version of Windows 10 you are using?  Win + S and type “winver” and hit enter.

    Appreciate the help,

    Changed Status to “Fixed”

  • Hi,

I wanted to give an update.  This site is now rendering on the latest insider Skip Ahead release.  I will mark this as fixed.

Appreciate the submission and the support,

    The MS Edge Team
