Steps to reproduce

As the title points out, I’m able to launch the webdriver but nothing ever happens when I run the tests with Apache Maven from the command line. Release 15063 of the webdriver is stored on the file system and included in %PATH%. Should be the correct version since my OS Build is 15063.909. There’s not much to go on from the errors:

    • Hi Alen,

Will you provide a repro for this issue?  I would like to run the same test.

      Appreciate the help,

    • Hey, Steve! The code is currently not licensed and owned by my contractor. I can however strip away most of it and provide access to a private repo on Github. I have this done by friday. Could I send you an email with the details?

    • Hi Alen,

Yes, that would be great.  Strip as much as you can.  The more simplified a repro is the better.  :)

I will send you an e-mail.

    • Appreciate the repro you provided via e-mail.  We can root cause this issue in e-mail and post a summary once it has been sorted out.  Right now, no repro in 16299.248 using the corresponding MicrosoftWebDriver.exe for 16299.

    • Hi Alen,

Are you still having this issue?  I believe this should be working now.  If it is not, let me know and we can sort it out.

I have seen this when the console application, e.g. the Java app/jar was not able to find the correct MicrosoftWebDriver.exe.
