Thank you for providing this information about the issue. After thorough testing, we are unable to reproduce this problem in Edge. Please test this behavior in our latest fast build 17133.

    • Hello,

I am still interested to know what happens when you test a more recent build, but I have found this problem currently exists in the most recent Skip Ahead build 17634 and will investigate there.

      Best Wishes,
      The MS Edge Team

    • Hi,

I can repro this in build 17133.1 but I found the probability is not 100%. My today’s first trial just went without problem and then the second trial reproduced the problem.

Even when it went well, repeating the step by opening a new empty tab reproduced the issue.
