Steps to reproduce

Open the attached example, and move forward to the example that begins with
// Hashing/Pets.kt. You’ll see that the example is cut off at the bottom.

    •  overflow:auto is being set, which makes the box behave as it if was scrollable (scrollable boxes are not allowed to fragment)

    • My recommendation is to change the content. You don’t want scrollable areas in an epub document.
